COMBI STEAM
Thanks to combi-steam mode, consumers will always get perfect results and all the foods cooked will preserve their nutrients. A single appliance combines traditional cooking with steam that is injected into the cavity through an external steam generator. By alternating phases of traditional and combined modes, this cooking method allows the user to gently cook without altering food and it also guarantees crunchiness on the outside and softness on the inside.

When the water begins to boil, a sensor constantly measures the degree of humidity in the food to allow the delicate steaming process.
